Founder and owner of Kitch&Kloset, Natalya Glass, considers herself “The Kloset Chef” of the company as she predominantly takes the lead as managing professional organizer. Natalya went land based, moving from Florida to Texas with her husband in 2022 after spending years accommodating numerous families on their estates and luxury motor yachts.
With meticulous attention in the kitchen and an extremely methodical system of detailing and maintenance, working efficiently was what helped her achieve excellence as opposed to perfection in the overall interior. She infuses taste in space solutions and hospitality, both inside and outside of the culinary realm. As a boutique chef, she enjoys the diverse flavors in Houston and shares her international experience via food and function.

Immigrating to the United States with my family back in 2002, I did not think I’d find so many fellow South Africans in Houston.
I graduated from Brooklyn College with a focus in film production and screenwriting. I spent more time working on the crews food than the films script supervision and eventually became a yacht certified chef. My love of story and shot composition has not faded and I feel that all my experience compliments my own insight as an organizer & chef.
Growing up, my single mom bounced us from rental to rental, we constantly organized, packed, & unpacked. It became an art form and developed skill. I found peace in the process of sorting through chaos, clutter, and learned what physical and non physical elements of my personal & mental space were essential vs nonessential.
My love of people, writing, reorganizing, editing, travel, and food is really what inspired me to start Kitch&Kloset.
